Nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, bloating, gas, gastritis, and fatigue — typically most pronounced during initiation and dose escalation.

Individuals with personal or family history of Medullary Thyroid Cancer (MTC) or MEN2 Syndrome. Those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive.
